Please check the following points first:
- Optical check of the board, no components damaged?
- Latest GUI installed (KISS GUI for FC / FETtec Configurator for AIO)?
- Latest firmware flashed?
- Correct connection? Check the USB cable, try another
- Check the board without any consumers
